|| Amy + Bo || May 3, 2008 @ The Grand Summit Hotel

Amy + Bo had a really cool wedding a couple of weeks ago. They had a Ukrainian ceremony which is alot like the Greek Orthodox ceremony. They actually said their vows before walking up the aisle in the back of the church. After that the priest will lead them up the aisle to the alter where he will then put on their rings, and do a crowning. They walk around the alter lead by the priest and after that partake in a drinking competition (LOL) Just kidding its a wine ceremony, where they share their first drink of wine together. For the blessed mother the bride is lead to her icon or sculpture by the and he gives her a special blessing and prays for her. Its really so very beautiful. Well after Amy + Bo's ceremony we headed over into Westfield to the park and wait until you see the action shots under the pink blossom trees. Their is only one or two weeks a year we can get those shots! We then just walked around and got radical in downtown Westfield, soooo very cool. Right in the middle of the street on the yellow lines. The Grand Summit Hotel was as fabulous as ever. We even had some kind of fire and the whole fire department came and evacuated the reception and the entire hotel. WOW, so much excitment. || Devinn + Chris || @ Arthurs Landing, Weehwken, NJ

Devinn + Chris had a totally hip ceremony @ " The Shipyard " , a pier overlooking the Manhattan Skyline in Hoboken. We got a couple of fun images running around right across the street from the waterfront, in this little park, and then they gave us a gift. The gift was the downtown Hoboken train terminal. WOW it was like Grand Central NJ. It was awesome. We had such a blast shooting them in that beautiful space. I highly recommend it to all of you thinking about a Hoboken wedding. They had an intimate reception at Arthurs Landing in Weehawken, where I had one of THE GREATEST burgers I have ever had. and I've had ALOT of burgers. Again HIGHLY recommended. So we were fortunate enough to be a part of an awesome fashion shoot around Philildelphia with some REALLY fantastic local photographers and videographers. Kamila Harris had put together a TRASH THE DRESS session, complete with make up , hair a fabulous video team, 6 brides and some radical and urban setting, to totally go nuts and have a day of shooting. There were 6 photo teams involved, Kamila Harris, Cindy Patrick, Sarah Schulte, Stephanie Sherwood, Paul Robuck, plus of course our roving video documentery team, Kenneth Stillman.  Check out all of the others work on the Philly Trash Bash Blog HERE!

|| Ready Made Trash the Dress||

So one of my best friends G.E. (Gay Elvis, he's not that gay, but ask me sometime I'll tell you how he got that name.) Has a band named " Ready Made Break Up " and they needed some promo photos. I obliged them of course and when they saw all of the gowns in our studio they couldn't NOT put them on. Well it put me in my comfort zone too. I mean , I shoot Brides all the time, how is this really different, Right? Well G.E. kept saying wow this feels vaugley familiar, and knowing G.E., it is. ( again ask me, I'll tell you why! LOL)

|| Keri + Anthony || @ The Olde Mill, Basking Ridge

Keri and Anthony had a gorgeous sunny spring day, complete with all those pretty pink flowering trees that Lovina loves sooo much! They had the ceremony at Holy Family in Hazlet, and then we went right over to the Olde Mill Inn. Her details were awesome too. She had cocktail stirrers with their monogram and even had metallic monograms in the landscaping. The signature drink was named after their new last name, the "Gelatini" ( Their name is Gelato )
