thank you for checking out our blog. please note, these weddings are posted totally at random. it would be so perfect if we could post each and every beautiful day that we shoot, however, since we are a boutique studio, we don't have as much time to blog as we would like.

What a fun loving couple Kelly + Nick are. We had a totally perfect day, and wow do we love the Spring Lake B & T. Feels like home now. Kelly's gown was a gorgeousCarolina Herrera fromCalvary Bridal . Check out her bouquet of daisies, her fav flower, and hydrangeas. I just love her Kate Spade Shoes as well. The ceremony was @ St. Catherine's of Spring Lake and I swear that place looks like the inside of a jewelry box. It was pretty awesome how everyone had to find their own ride to the church since the limo was late. It didn't matter though the rest of the day went on without a hitch as The Fever ROCKED the frikkin' night!

We felt pretty honored to be the photographers at this wedding. Karly's last name happened to be Pratt, as in the Pratt Institute. Apparently her family founded one of THE premier art schools in the country. Why the heck would they hire us?!?!? Well art skool or not we had a great time at their wedding. Her dad is a blast. He had this scary looking photo of himself playing rugby, and man I would not wanna be in the scrum against him... The bridal party started out the day over @ Glen Goldbaum 72 salon in Red Bank. What a great job, their hair looked fantastic. We wound up at the Mill in Spring Lake for the Ceremony and reception, but in between we took a ride over to the beach for some relaxed fun in the sun.
Well this wedding was really cool. My Dad actually photographed Dan's parents wedding in June of 1973 ( No I didn't assist him that day,I was 3, but if my Mom didn't have a say in it I'm sure he would have had me there. Well They had one of the images from the wedding there on display and its just sooo cool to see that sort of thing. My favorite weddings are the ones that my Dad had shot the parents. What a legacy we have been blessed with. If you watch this slideshow you'll catch me holding the photo of Dan's parents and I even made a cameo with Dan, Melanie and Judy, Dan's Mom. Oh man ... AND you just have to stick around to the end of the slideshow where we did a Trash The Dress with Melanie and Dan. They did great. Hey guys, thanks so much for this wonderful opportunity , We hope to carry on the tradition, and maybe Molly will shoot your childrens wedding someday?!?!?!

John Arcara Photography gets the best looking brides and grooms & stephanie + Marc are no exception. These 2 were sooo great together. The chemistry between them was unbelievable. We cannot wait until their wedding. Lots O' Danger @ this engagement session starting out in Red Bank treacherously dangling from a railroad overpass high above the traffic on West Front Street! Then over to visit our fav character in any Photo session, Asbury Park. Back to the scene of the now infamous squirrel attack.

O.M.G!! Another Day after Shoot!!! This time we didn't have the opportunity to photograph the wedding , but we feel so very blessed that Leighann + Nick had us down to Seaside to get them on a day after shoot. Leighann is friends with our " A List" Brides Patricia, Devin, and Ashley, and she and New hubby Nick looked sooo fabulous! Her parents were real sports too. They cruised all over seaside and even let the $200.00 open bottle of Champagne in the car. We even got to hang out at Nick's Fav restaurant Bum Rogers!!! Thank You guys for a great day. Hope to see you in print!

Its About Creation NOT Destruction So We have been doing some fantastic, amazing, sexy, chic, punk and radical photography sessions, that we call our signature "Day After Foto Sessions" Sessions. WOW! What fun they are... Its basically a fun day after the wedding when you and the lucky guy can really let loose in your gown. I know that its just a more glorified " Trash The Dress " but I sometimes find the name a little derogatory. The " Day After fotografic sessions " are about creation NOT Destruction. Even though we may traverse into the liquid once in a while, its never a greasy mud pit. If your interested please contact us , as we still have some availability to capture some of the BEST light of the year before winter rolls in...
P.S. We just did three of them so I will be posting them VERY soon. For now Check out these past posts...
Asbury Park to me feels like another character when we shoot there. She is pretty and colorful.. she is dark and sultry.. she can be playful... she can be ultimate sadness... She is however one of our very favorite places to shoot. You have it all there, sooo close to home yet seemingly so otherworldly. Jackie + Geoff chose Ms. Asbury to be the backdrop for their engagement session. WOW... worked out great. What a handsome couple. WHat a bunch O' fun we had too. We were even almost mugged violently... by a sociopathicl... squirrel ..
